Yehuda
(Udi) has been a sushi chef for 7 years.
Self-taught, he developed his own distinctive
flavor and style by observing great Japanese sushi
masters.
He
applied his artistic talents to creating his own
secret recipes, which combine great flavor and
design. He can provide a wide array of appetizing
dishes.
He and
his staff can provide marvelous, authentic sushi
dishes for any party or event. You can order food
for any party, for a minimum of $500 (On Location
Service) *; there is an additional charge of $200
for Udi to prepare the meal onsite. Prices vary
according the intricacy of the desired menu.
All recipes, preparation and tools are strictly
kosher.
